Welcome to Homer Farm and Homer Barn collectively known as Homer. Homer is set within 16 acres of beautiful countryside on the edge of the village of Mary Tavy. Cholwell Brook gurgles and weaves its way through the property and half a mile on it joins the River Tavy. The brook provides the tranquil sound of running water as well as an amazing backdrop to your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
The accommodation offers one double bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room, open plan living/dining area and a separate fully equipped kitchen.
Homer Barn comes complete with flatscreen TV with freeview, DVD player, electric oven, under counter fridge (further freezer space is available in the utility shed), microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, private cobbled patio area adjacent to Cholwell Brook.

Being on one level Homer is suitable for people with limited mobility, however the pathway to the property is slate and can be uneven and slippery when wet. Once inside all the rooms are on the same level and the en-suite has a shower not a bath. Alan and Alison are most accommodating and will make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Sorry no children due to the babbling brook and as Homer is a small holding and Tenzing and Fiver are resident, no dogs are allowed.
