There are NO HIDDEN EXTRAS

The price includes all electricity, heating, water, bed linen, towels and a 'Homer Maid' welcome pack.

We require a deposit of 25% of the total rental, the balance to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday begins.

​

We accept short breaks throughout March to October, subject to availability (minimum 3 night stay).

3 nights = 75% of weekly rate

4 nights = 85% of weekly rate
